The entire process, from first telephone query to completion of the cleaning, was handled quickly, professionally and pleasantly. My carpets needed special attention to address cat urine problems and Joe gave me all the information I needed to make decisions about the type of cleaning required. The service was very reasonably priced. I would definitely use A-1 again and recommend them to friends.
