I've been using A1 over the last 20 years to clean my carpets and area rugs. This week I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his assistant. They worked as a team and cleaned the carpets in about 2-hours. They pre-treated my stains and noticed other issues (snagged loops and wrong pad type under the area rug). They told me that I don't have to have carpet protection spay after every cleaning. No pressure to purchase add on services that are unnecessary. They leave a "green" spot cleaning solution and throughly explain how to use it. So glad to have a knowledge and courteous crew every year. Highly recommend their company and it is still owned by the same family since it's founding in the 1950s.
