A-1 did an amazing job on the carpet at the house I'm moving into. I had another company come out (US Air Solutions) to clean the carpet as part of their "$79 deal". They looked at the burbur and said 'we don't clean that'. Came back later with the 'right equipment' and raised the price to $290. Did one room and showed it to me while it was still completely filthy saying the carpet was ruined and that's the best it's going to get. The previous owners had two large black dogs and two kids who probably tracked all sorts of dirt throughout the house and you could definitely see their tracks but I was sure it wasn't ruined. In addition the US Air Solutions workers were rude to my parents and myself. The two men from A1 that came out to my house were very respectful --said it might not be a perfect job but they'd do their best. Only charged $270 and did an AMAZING job on the carpet. It looks (and smells) so much better and they got most of the stains out. Turns out my carpet wasn't 'ruined' as the previous company had stated. I would bring back A1 to my house for any future carpet cleaning and recommend A1 to my family and friends.
