The rug came back with as much pet hair as before (see picture; their staff who inspected the rug on pickup had asked if I had pets). They were very unprofessional and insisted when I was not available on a day and time of their choosing for drop-off, asking why I was not going to be available. They then insisted that I would need to be available during a given window of time at a later date and then showed up outside of that window. On drop-off their staff were condescending and stated that I needed to pay in cash and that I was "told so by the woman on the phone." They quoted 1/3 the actual cost, probably part of their dishonest trade. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
