Absolute Cleaning & Restoration took off in 2015 as AAA Cleaning & Restoration. After a successful business launch, the company continued to gain momentum by sharpening its vision, simplifying its brand, and strengthening its customer base and partnerships across Northwest Indiana.

Owner and Operator Eric Doster has over 9 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. CLEANING SERVICES

• Carpet Cleaning. It’s what we’re famous for. We begin with a thorough vacuuming to loosen dry soil, stains, and odors, continue to precondition the carpet with tools and high-quality solutions designed to carefully cleanse the fibers, and finish with a grooming process that ensures a quick drying time, leaving your carpet smelling fresh, feeling clean, and looking like new! Spot removal is also available. We also offer a restorative cleaning package, for carpets with a high number of complex stains, worn down and damaged traffic areas or major urine damage.
• Upholstery Cleaning. Upholstered furniture collects allergens, bacteria, and odors, naturally, and stains from body oils, pets, and food and beverage spills, accidentally, marking them as the most used and abused pieces in a home or business. The upholstery fabric will determine whether the mess requires a dry cleaning or standard extraction process solution. We also specialize in leather cleaning!
• Area Rug Cleaning. These beautiful and delicate wool, cotton, or jute furnishings are expensive, and therefore indispensable, which is why upkeep is crucial. For this particular service, Absolute Cleaning & Restoration will pick up your area rug to have carefully cleaned in our facilities and returned within a week. Spot removal is also available.
• Window Cleaning. Windows come in all shapes and sizes, and so do our squeegees! From skylights to cross-members, to storm windows and more, we’ll leave your glass Absolutely sparkling.
• Tile & Grout Cleaning. Dirt, oil, mold, and grease are known to quickly and easily build up on tile and grout—a sight you cannot unsee. Absolute Cleaning & Restoration approaches this stubborn mess with a high powered rotary scrubber and special extraction unit to ensure we don't just remove what's on the surface. Our scrubbers, combined with products specific to the nature of the job, break up grease, dirt, mold, oil and dirt deep into the porous tile, as well as the grout and then our extraction unit ensures what has been broken down is completely removed from the tile and doesn't settle back on the surface. We tackle your grout lines by hand, every time, as they require a great deal of detail to remove elements from these porous lines. We finish off by thoroughly rinsing and mopping with a neutral pH floor rinse that ensures no residue is left behind, keeps your tile cleaner, longer. Sealing of tile and grout is also available and highly recommended to ensure maximum life of your time. 

• Floor Strip & Wax Cleaning. This service is specifically for vinyl composition tile (VCT), a smooth and resilient flooring substrate often used in commercial environments. Absolute Cleaning & Restoration strip the tile of the old finish, including the build-up of wax along the borders and renews it with 5 new coats of high-quality floor finish for ultimate protection and beauty. If you are unsure of what VCT is, generally speaking, your local grocery stores or hardware stores such as Walmart, Ace, or Meijer has VCT. There are a few versions of this tile, one of which is a pull and stick style that is a No-Wax type of VCT. We can identify the type of tile you specifically have and make sure you are getting the proper service, as this type of tile does not support floor finish being added on more than the factory coat already provided when brand new.

• Gutter Cleaning. This task can be a dangerous one, so leave the ladder climbing to us. Our gutter cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning, flushing, and system resetting to ensure seamless water flow. We also can dig deeper into this service, and make sure your gutters are properly supported to the house, and set to where the water properly flows through the system without build-up. We offer this as prevention against flooding, as this is a common source of basement level floods.

• Air Duct Cleaning.  We specialize in improving your indoor air quality. Deep cleaning of your duct work helps keep your furnace running efficiently, along with helping to clear allergens due to dust build-up that is harmful to breathe in. We clean both your main supply lines, along with your main returns, all vent grill covers, each floor vent leading into main lines and we also clean the inside of the furnace including the blower. This service greatly improves the indoor air quality of your home.

• Dryer Vent Cleaning. The number cause of household fires is due to laundry lint caught in dryer vent lines, which is why it’s so important to service your dryer vents at least once a year. With regular maintenance, Absolute Cleaning & Restoration can be in and out of your vent lines in no time, leaving your laundry room just as it should be—safe and clean. To ensure you're getting the maximum value with this service, we also clean out your lint trap, as well as remove the back cover to your dryer and clean the lint caught in the blower motor that will surely become caught in your transition tube, becoming very hot and potentially causing preventable damage. Allow us to help you take the proactive approach to ensure your safety and improve the performance of your dryer( in the event you are one of the many who has to dry loads twice.) More often than not, this solves that issue, clearing the restricted airflow as well as the build-up within the blower itself.

Our method for power washing ensures that we remove any and all residue that would otherwise attract dirt and debris at a much faster rate. 

Carpet Repair & Removal. If carpet cleaning is not an option, carpet restoration is the solution. Our seamless carpet repair service involves replacing the damaged section with a matching patch. We also offer carpet stretching, in light to moderate situations. 

Property Clean-Ups. In the event of property eviction, abandonment, or tenant damage, Absolute Cleaning & Restoration will work with real estate agents, property managers and landlords to remove personal belongings and repair property damage and when combined with our restorative cleaning service and/or carpet/tile cleaning service, we can ensure that your expenses stay low and the turnover happens fast so there is minimal to no break in your income stream, all while adhering to your budget.
