BEST CARPET CLEANING! We are moving and needed our carpets cleaned for the new owners. I was so impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and quality of work that I was inclined to write a review. I was able to schedule the services without putting up a deposit and received text reminders of the appointment as the day neared. My technician arrived on time (unlike other local companies who provide you with a 3 hour window, these technicians show up at the agreed upon time). He was courteous, polite and personable. Our home is empty (we've moved out already) so he offered to lock up for me so I didn't have to wait for him to be finished. I went back later that evening to grab some painting supplies left behind and he had properly locked up our home and the quality of the work was outstanding! Carpets looked good as new. I offered originally to give a tip and he declined. Other local businesses have a tip line automatically added to the service (adding as much as 20% to your total). Action Carpet Cleaners has a customer for life, highly recommend! Affordable, reliable and professional. Thanks!
