They confirmed my appointment an hour before arriving. They came and explained all the equipment to me and the power it has to do the job. They got to work right away and got my carpet looking and smelling great again. I have pets and they can be horrible. But they did a wonderful job!!! Definitely recommend them and I will be using them again in the future!!!
