I have used American Carpet Masters in the past always with great results. This time was no exception. Jacob came out and cleaned our carpets wonderfully. He was professional, polite and took the time to explain his process. He even got out tough lipstick stains! Best of all the invoice was lower than what was quoted to me. Will I use American Carpet Masters again? Absolutely!!!
