Had all our main floor and upstairs carpets cleaned today by ACM. They showed up on time, handled everything and the price was fair. The end result - they did a good job, the carpets look so much better. We waited to do this until it was cold to speed up the drying process. They called to confirm the appointment before showing up. I'd recommend ACM for carpet cleaning.
