A great big shout out to Tom and Nick who did an awesome job of cleaning 3 rooms of carpeting for us this morning! Our nearly 20 year old carpeting in the living room and dinning room look brand new! The family room that was Arrrrghhh so full of ugly stains also looks brand new - it's 15 years old! Tom and Nick called before they came to let me know they were on their way and at 7:30 A.M. that's a good thing to know. We expected them around 8:30AM but were happy they got here at 8:15AM. They were very friendly and helpful answering our questions about the carpet cleaning. I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell and I was concerned that I might be affected by the chemicals. They reassured me they were using low to no odor. I was skeptical but they were right!!! Thanks Tom and Nick! You made getting our carpets cleaned a very easy event...that's why I've been using Arslanian Bros for many years now. Tried others but none could beat Arslanian! Also a should out to Ted who called yesterday to let me know the time they would be coming today. We had an issue with the time and Ted was courteous and kind. He addressed the issue head on and got it resolved while I was on the phone with him. So Kudos to Ted, Nick and Tom and the entire Arslanian staff. Keep up the good work!
