I used Ayoub Carpet Service through recommendation from a friend, and I was not disappointed. There was professionalism, clear and quick communication, and great work! I had my carpet cleaned as well as 2 area rugs - my family has a special Moroccan rug that we felt nervous about letting anyone take, but they returned the rug quickly in what seems like better shape than when we first got the rug! There was a stain on it that we assumed was permanent but they removed it completely. The carpet cleaning for my home was also quick, efficient, and left the home air quality feeling very fresh as we do have a house cat. The employees were so kind and respectful of our home and space, and did not cut any corners. I especially liked the clear communication of when they were on their way as well as their ETA. I do not usually write reviews on companies, but I truly believe they deserve the recognition.
