They don't vacuum first because of COVID19. This is a problem. After they left, there were brown spots on my rug that I had to remove myself. I also had to vacuum to remove pet hair that wasn't removed. I still have a bad stain that I can't get rid of. Everything looked different when the rug dried and not in a good way. I would not recommend them
