Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I actually used Bay Shore Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning for the first time after a can of paint exploded and went all over everything, including my new couches. I was devastated and sure that the paint would never come out of the couches. They went over and above starting with the initial phone call, straight through to when they walked out of the door with my couch clean and looking like "New". I couldn't have been happier and more impressed. I am including a picture that doesn't really show how much paint was on the couch and then after it was cleaned. Overall, I had the best experience and "Customer Service" using Bay Shore Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning LLC. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Signed: Lisa a very happy customer.
