We are very pleased with this company, their work speaks volumes about them. When we called, the reps of Carpeting NJ helped us answering all the questions we had. We needed to clean a studio so it was a small job. He asked us to send him a pic of the carpet to see if he'd be able to clean it up or are we better off replacing the carpet. That I appreciate it a lot. He was able to come the following day (which was great and a huge bonus for us). The next day, he and a technician from the company came to the house and immediately worked on cleaning the carpet. They used only organic products that are not harmful. They were both very courteous and polite. He even called us to let us know that he's going to be running about 10 minutes behind. After they were done, the carpet looked amazing. I just want to thank them for doing such a great job at such a low price
