This guy and his company are freaking amazing!! I live in CA but had an emergency at my elderly parents home and was in the market for a carpet cleaning company. He answered his phone while dining with friends, called me back after dinner and was at my parents home the next morning! Not only did he do a fantastic job on a very difficult job but he came back the next day to check on the results after drying and did a touch up. The carpet looks brand new! My very discriminating Dad loved him and they spend an hour talking about his WWII experiences. USE THIS GUY and you will not be disappointed!
