Our carpet is old and has see 10 grandkids and a number of visiting dogs on it. over time it was stained to where I couldn't spot clean it with any success! the gentleman was here to take on the challenge of cleaning it. side note, we WERE going to get new carpet in the near future. no need to! it looks like new. we are very very pleased with the results! thank you chem dry! Job well done!! highly recommend!!!!
