We had Chem-Dry clean both our carpets and the carpets in my mother-in-law’s house. Wesley did the appointments both in the same day, back to back (the houses are beside each other). It was quick, painless, and the carpets look brand new. He even took extra care to go over high foot-traffic areas without us asking. Wesley was personable, respectful, and professional. Overall it was great experience and we will definitely do business with them again.
