Such an easy process! One quick call to get details and pricing and got an appointment for a few days later. DJ called ahead and was so professional when he arrived. He took time to explain the cleaning process ahead of time and answered questions. He pretreated areas we were concerned about. Every spot came out. The carpet and a recliner he cleaned look brand new. Thank you very much. We highly recommend Chem-Dry of Richmond
