I bought a Groupon or some sort of one-day deal and had these guys come out and clean 3 rooms and a large area rug. They were very easy to schedule using the online booking feature. The man who did the cleaning was on time, friendly, and thorough. He educated me through the process. They do not bring in any big hoses; the cleaning material is all in a tank on their backs. The house was left smelling like a field of oranges and the carpets were restored to their original form. It took a little longer than he said to dry, but was good to go by the next day. I like that they give you a bottle of cleaning solution for spot cleaning between visits. I would use them again.
