While it is never a convenient time to have a leak and need a restoration company, a dripping ceiling the night before listing photos to put your home on the market really kicks the cussing up a notch. From the minute I first spoke with Kevin on the phone to the day he swung by to pick up my payment, I could not have had a better experience. Kevin and his team were prompt and kept an open line of communication. He explained everything to me and then offered to speak with my husband who was working out of town; he walked me through making an insurance claim, what to expect with the adjuster and process, and how the estimate and payment would work; and his entire team religiously “checked-in and out” of my house by text while I was working so I was always updated with the steps they were taking. They were consistently clean and professional. Most importantly, Kevin took his time to understand my situation and offer genuine help. We were still working toward getting the house on the market with a pretty strict timeline, and he consistently checked in with what we needed, other moving parts (appointments with different service people), and remained flexible to get the mitigation and repairs done before my deadline. When I was forced to move up photos due to a conflict and the carpet cleaning was still scheduled a day out, Kevin and Mike spent their evening tracking down equipment and cleaning my carpets themselves. With everything else going on in our lives, this gesture was especially huge. I could have cried...and might have cried. ☺️ Our restored laundry room and bathroom (below the leaky upstairs tub) are beautiful. The Claude Brown’s team did efficient, high-quality work I could trust from beginning to end. They embody small-town, top-notch customer service with unmatched integrity, and I will recommend Kevin, Mike, and the team over and over and over again.
