Our carpets look and smell great! It was a quick service and our carpets dried really fast, compared to other companies I have used in the past. Tom was great! He answered all of my questions, suggested services and the reasons why he suggests them, etc. He never pushed the services on me, just explained everything they do/can do. Tom is very nice and I would enjoy him as our tech again.
