Craig Crissinger & his team Dave & Alex were just the BEST! My 74 year old Mother in Law and I had been living with the horrible chemical smell left by a shoddy contractor and their people since 09/18/2019! In less that one week Craig and his team came in and remedied the entire problem. This was our second encounter with Craig & team, they were the original mitigating team that came to my rescue when after owning my house for only 4 days, not even moved in, we discovered that the sellers had left portable air conditioners plugged in and running. The condensation of the air conditioners leaked though the first floor carpet, sub floor, to the basement ceiling, and to the basement carpet and floor. All were ruined and had to be replaced. Craig's team came in did the rip out of everything quickly, professionally, and most important to me, caring to ensure me that they will take care of everything. Being recently widowed, I needed that reassurance, and I was so pleased that Craig and team were assigned to me. They were a God-send! When I got the second call from Craig to fix the asbestos abatement stink I was so excited! Again, I received his reassurance that he would fix the problem, and they did! My Mother in Law was there with them most of the time, they explained what they were doing all along the way. They were exceptionally polite and professional with her though everything. I worry about her being home alone with workmen, but I never worried when Craig & team were there with her. She told me that the minute Craig stepped in the house he could smell the stink and identified the chemical problem right off the bat! A true professional is how she described him. As a side note, the last time he saw the inside of my house he had to rip everything out and dry it, he was so complimentary of how we have put the place back together he made my Mother in Law just beam with pride! I spoke with Craig today, and Thanked him profusely! I told him I baked Irish Soda Bread and for the first time in my house I actually could smell just bread! (and now I know how stinky my kitties food is too! LOL) I think the world of this team, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I have his number saved in my phone as a contact and I will send it to whomever needs these GREAT guys!
