Rick is a consummate professional. I had a stain on a sofa and they were able to come out on a Saturday and take care of it. I am in the mold remediation business and frequently have to work with carpet cleaners. Moving forward this will be the only company I use. Both the work and the service were impeccable and communication was second to none. I feel like I have a friend in the business now. Call Rick before you call anyone else, you won't be disappointed.
