Tim did an excellent job on our carpets, stairs and area rugs. He was prompt, scheduling was easy and communication was great. He took his time and explained everything instead of trying to get done as fast as possible and out the door. As for rates he was no more expensive than the major chain companies that have those bargain prices to lure you in then add things to raise the cost. Support small local business' when possible. I would highly recommend Tim!
