From start to finish it was such a great experience. I cut it pretty close to Thanksgiving looking for a company to clean the carpets before family came to town. I took to the internet and yelp for help. I looked into four different companies and decided on Cranmore not so much for just pricing, but their quick response time and how friendly they were. They were precise on their quote and had an opening the day before my family would be in town which was awesome. The two gentlemen that came were right on time, looked over the areas I wanted clean, confirmed the price and were great at explaining the entire process. There were quite a few very hard areas with high traffic and such. They were completely honest thst they would most likely not be able to get out all the traffic marks but would try their best. I thought I had taken before pictures, but unfortunately they didn't save to my phones. My living room carpet was awful and was filthy from the kids. Everything came out so good. Even the high traffic area came out way better than I thought. They were even gracious enough to add a few small room areas with some spill stains for less than a full room because it was less than 200 square feet. If you're looking for great service, professional, friendly, and clean floors this is your place.
