We just bought a house and I hated the carpet. It was just so gross. I thought I'd try to have it cleaned before I dropped a bundle on ripping it up and replacing it...I'm so glad I did! Downy was really easy to work with. I called, they answered right away and told me they could be there on the date I asked. The price was right too. It cost about $130 for four rooms. The carpets look a zillion times better than they did. They even removed a couple of small paint stains that I thought would never come out. Also, the previous owners had a dog, and now you would never know! While the carpets don't look brand new, they don't need to be ripped out immediately like I thought they would! I would definitely recommend.
