Had 4 areas cleaned today. The work they did was 5 star! Very clean carpet now. I deducted 1 star for a couple of things. 1. I was on hold for over 6 minutes to talk to someone for appointment. 2. I had a coupon for 99.00 cleaning. They advised me the was an additional 10.00 transportation fee. 3. They can't give you an arrival time until the morning of your scheduled day. Was tempted to cancel, glad I didn't. With today's technology, web site scheduling would clear up two of my issues. The 10.00 fee is a joke and they should advertise 109.00 upfront.
