Had Earth Pro out to clean my dryer vent, it goes into the wall then straight up to the roof, so it's not easy to get to. The technician was timely, and walked me through everything that was necessary including replacing the vent hose, and clamps. He also recommended a new vent on my roof and walked me through which one to purchase and how to install it. This was all while I worked from home, and hardly noticed he was here. Great service, definitely recommend!
