I love this company so much... We have white carpets we don't want to replace yet that are from 1996. We moved in here 4 yrs ago and there were lots of stains in living room etc. We have also had our share of stains on these carpets, but excel has gotten almost all of the stains out. From tea leaf stains to beer stains to marker stains from a toddler. Kevin in particular has a great eye for detail and doesn't skip corners. They feel like family bc we have them come every 3months and it helps the dust floating around too. My neighbors had them over for dog pee etc. too and they love them too
