I've used Jet many times over the years in my own house to clean carpets, upholstery, and even a mattress. Yesterday, he tackled my daughter's condo, which was quite a challenge. She has cats to begin with, plus there was already a weird smell in the carpet when she moved in 2 months ago. A few weeks ago, her dishwasher overflowed onto the carpet and it awakened another weird, urine-ish smell. Long story short, James got there on time (actually early), did his magic, and the place now smells like a rose garden, which is probably a miracle. Best of all James is professional, prompt, communicative, reasonable, and super nice.
