I called Kaufman to clean carpets on a newly purchased condo. They scheduled an appointment at my convenience and arrived promptly. To my surprise, they refused to "take my money" upon arrival. They inspected the carpet, even the corners and informed me the carpet was new and absolutely clean. That kind of customer service and integrity made me a loyal customer. I'll refer their services to everyone.
