Love to give a little love to Love Carpet Care! They were who my PM with Hyperbuilt assigned for carpet cleaning and padding installation after the repairwork was done. Angela definitely understood my frustrations with Hyperbuilt as the first time she called, the work wasn't done so I couldn't set up an appointment with her. I also needed someone who could accommodate my work schedule (IE come in the evening or on weekends) and Angela made that happen after venting a little about the whole repair process to her. Jonathon was my tech who came out and did a great job! Unfortunately Hyperbuilt didn't give Love the exact specs for some of the supplies needed so he (out of the goodness of his heart) came back the next day (a Saturday afternoon) to finish the job. I had a hard time getting ahold of him at first to confirm his arrival time but once he arrived he did a quick and efficient job. My carpet looks brand new! Due to the previous owners doing, the carpet last year started to bunch up and he stretched it back into place after I asked him about how it could be fixed, all I had to do was push belongings out of the way and he'd do it. He went above and beyond the call of duty in addition to re-stretching the carpet by cleaning my bedroom carpet that wasn't part of the job. As he left he gave me some tips on how to maintain the carpet so I don't run into issues in the future.
