They are very friendly but Unfortunately , I didn’t get the great service these other reviews had. Our tech came late and unprepared, he asked me for towels to put on the floor. Then we had an unfinished couch done because his machine broke and still had to had to pay for it. He left a spray bottle with some liquid on my floor after he left. He came back two days later to do our barstools, and left a stain on one chair. Also, not sure what they use to clean but it leaves an overwhelming smell.
