Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Bryon and his helper when they came to clean my carpeting. One of my worries was how much water is going to be left behind as with so many other companies. In the past I remember still feeling the wetness in the carpets the following day, sometimes two. I basically watched the whole process which Bryon explained everything that he was doing and I was awed. I vacuumed the night before they came and then they actually vacuumed with their own vacuum cleaner before the cleaning started. He then spray some good smelling stuff on the carpet and did his magic. The carpeting was almost dry in the one room before they even left. I did have them put down a deodorizer, which cost a few dollars more, but I highly recommend it and it made my whole house smell fresh. My little dog and I both suffer from allergies and with what Bryon showed me that he extracted, I really think the coughing and sneezing are going to be at a minimum now. Never will I ever consider the "carpet soakers" (I call them) come in to clean my carpeting again. Oxi Fresh has now been added to my contacts for future carpeting cleaning.
