Great company with friendly, competent technicians. As a Service Manager in the property management business, I greatly depend on my contractors as if they were part of my team. Peerless Carpet cleaning Service consistently responds, even if it's 12:00 at night for a water extraction or just a carpet cleaning for one of my vacant units. They understand the needs of the folks that live and work in high rise buildings like the one I manage. For example, the job may require a portable machine or a truck depending on the location and they understand those challenges.
