Quality Carpet Care of Mentor earns the Best of the Best award from The News-Herald

Method- We use truck-powered steam cleaning or hot water extraction which is the only method recommended by carpet manufactures to maintain your warranty. We use a 10-step process to ensure your cleaning is of the highest standard and attention to detail.

Equipment- The following vacuuming with our dual-motor vacuum, we use the butler system, a top of line state of the art system. This system utilizing rotary jet extraction will give you unmatched cleaning results.

Trust- All of the above is important, but none of it, including shiny new vans and clean uniforms, means anything unless the technician doing the work has THE ATTITUDE to take the time to do the job correctly, charging a fair price for the work done, is honest and can be trusted while in your home. Having the owner on the job will give you peace of mind. He immediately will take precautions to protect your floors, walls, and furnishings. He will do everything to exceed your expectations; we want your continued business and referrals!

Commitment to quality- Quality Carpet Care just isn’t a name for us, it is our passion. We focus attention to detail in everything we do from beginning to end. We always take the utmost care for your furnishings, never rush our work, and try our best to exceed your expectations.

Residential Carpet Cleaning

10 step carpet cleaning process

  • Step 1. Careful setup. After inspecting all areas to be cleaned and identifying all of your areas of concern, the use of corner guards and an abundance of bath towels are used to protect your floors and furnishings.
  • Step 2. Commercial Pre-vacuum. Thorough vacuuming with our dual-motor vacuum removes up to 79% of dry soil. Vacuum  carpet thoroughly Thoroughly vacuum under all furniture
  • Step 3. Crevice tool edges. Even the best vacuum cleaner won’t touch these areas without some help
  • Step 4. Furniture moving. Furniture is carefully moved and the carpet is thoroughly vacuumed. Precondition all carpeted areas Pre-spot any difficult  or problem areas
  • Step 5. Pre-spray. A preconditioning agent is applied to loosen up soil and spots.
  • Step 6. Pre-spot. Every effort will be made to remove difficult spots. Extract and rinse your carpet Replace furniture in the original place
  • Step 7. Soil extraction and rinse. Your carpet will be thoroughly rinsed without over-wetting. Our cleaning solution will leave no sticky residue behind.
  • Step 8. Move furniture back. Your furniture will be carefully placed back exactly where it was. ‘Blocks and tabs’ will be placed between the furniture and the carpet to protect your carpet from permanent furniture stains and allow for faster drying. Post groom your carpet Turbo dry your carpet
  • Step 9. Protect and Groom. This process will fluff up traffic areas for a ‘like new’ appearance. It also distributes Scotchgard (if purchased) evenly into your carpet.
  •   Step 10. Turbo dry. Even though we take the time to extract our cleaning solution as thoroughly as possible, we take the extra step to leave your carpet as dry as possible.
