With 2 dogs, a cat, and a baby, clean carpets don't last long in my house. Other carper cleaning companies have left me disappointed with their "get in get out" attitude, not caring if they'd done the job right (they didn't). Then I found Jason with Premier Performance. Jason exemplifies what good customer service is and he genuinely cares about doing the job right, regardless of how long it takes. He was very thorough, gave extra attention to areas that needed it, and a few hours after he left my carpet was dry and looking better than when I bought my house. I am very happy with Jason's prices and the results he gets. I will definitely be giving him a call in the near future when my carpets will inevitably need to be cleaned again.
