Jason from Premier Performance carpet cleaning came today to clean my carpets and tile. He arrived on time and because I was his first appointment of the day he even brought me a Starbucks drink. He already came a week earlier for a walk through so he could give me an estimate. When he came today he already knew where the trouble areas were so he could get working right away. He moved furniture when needed. He did a pre-vacuum and also used a machine that pre brushed the carpet and removed even more dirt and debris. These are extra steps you don't get with other carpet cleaners. One other carpet cleaner I have used asked me to vacuum 6 times before they came. I didn't have to do any work ahead of time to get ready for his visit. He worked on stains and areas my dog likes to lay until they were completely clean. My carpet is 10 years old and they look almost new. My daughters' rooms were very matted and worn in high traffic areas. After Jason cleaned it they were fluffed back up so that you didn't see those worn areas anymore. Other carpet cleaners have never gotten my stairs completely clean. After Jason cleaned my stairs the carpet looked new again. He used fans all over the house so when he left the carpets were almost already completely dry. My tile was really dirty and he was able to get the grout to the original color. I am very pleased with his work. It was worth every penny.
