am beyond impressed with Shaggy's! I called on a Sunday afternoon and booked an appointment for Monday morning. Once I told them that I lived a good distance from the Main Street and they told me my carpet cleaning was going to cost extra because of that distance, which was a bummer, but that didn't stop them from coming the next morning to try to see if they could make it work. They ended up having to use their low moisture steamer and charged us a bit extra which we totally understood and were okay with. Now here's the incredible part. When we moved into that apartment two years ago and it reeked of cat urine and when we moved out the cat urine smell came right back. I was nervous that Shaggy's couldn't remove it and that the manager of the building would fail my walk through but sure enough when we walked in together the next day after the cleaning the smell was GONE! The manager even commented on how awesome the carpet smelled even though it's been in that unit for over 6 years. I am so enthralled with Shaggy's and will be recommending them to anyone that needs a good cleaning
