I was very happy with their service. I have a dog and lived in the apartment for two years and only vacuumed never had it cleaned. My dog is trained so thankfully never had any issue with him going on the carpet. I can honestly say that Spic n Span left the carpets a lot cleaner than when I moved in. It was done in less than an hour and I believe Jeff was who cleaned our carpet was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!!
