Our staff includes two technicians who are certified as Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Water Restoration Masters. Spotless Cleaners and Restoration is one of just 79 companies around the entire world with two IIRC Water Restoration Masters on its staff.

LICENSED

We fulfill all state requirements for C-14 pest management, which are required by law for restoration companies that use antimicrobials to perform category 2 and category 3 losses. We possess Tennessee Charter #4670, which makes us licensed to work on any insurance claim work performed inside the state of Tennessee.
