I am so thankful to Stanley Steemer! The older gentleman sure knew a lot about carpet! I have an older carpet that had not been cleaned before and he told me up front that he could remove dirt, but the traffic patterns would still be noticeable. He gave me the option to back out of the cleaning. Very professional and did not want me to be unsatisfied with the results. We are going to replace the carpet and have Stanley Steemer out annually to keep it looking new. Very appreciative of his honesty.
