Used Steamex 3 times and every time, they have been very professional and did a excellent job. All three times, I have requested Bill and am very pleased with is work and his professionalism. You cannot go wrong with SteamEx. Very trustworthy company that will be honest with you. Also, read Gary B's review and he is right, they will " tell you the truth as to weather they can save the carpet by cleaning or you would be better served by replacing". I totally appreciate that with this company. Could not be more pleased.
