I took in a new area rug that I wanted re-cut and surged. It's an unusual color of aqua and grey and I was concerned about the color they would use for the surged border. The color match with the aqua was perfect, and the rug fits nicely in its area. I'm delighted that I took the risk of having a new rug cut to size instead of returning it. What a great service!
