Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value When we bought our current home we wanted the carpets cleaned. It was a dry in a few hours company and what we got was a guy who raked the carpet and sprayed it with a cleaner? What a joke. Swan was recommended by some friends and we will recommend again and again. He was able to get up snack stains and kid issues out of a baige light colored carpet. The carpet felt so good like it was new and looked new. We still have a coffee stain from my wife but its carpet and we live in the living room and things happen. We'll be using this guy again and recommend to anyone looking for great results. Great value and great results.
