Great customer service. Very professional. I used them a few years ago when I bought my house. It had some pretty bad stains from the sellers moving out. We had them out then and we were really excited about how well everything turned out. Recently we had them out because, well, new dogs and crazy weather, we trashed our carpets recently. I called around to find out who we used when we moved in. Fortunately, I found them again, they had all my info. And again they did an amazing job. Great experience. Highly recommended. Update - I had spilled an entire bottle of red NyQuil and it looked great when they left, but I later learned that carpet dries from the bottom up. So, it came back after a few days. I called them back and absolutely no hassle, they came back and fixed it. It looks great. However, don't spill NyQuil on carpets.
