AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This business should teach a class on customer service. My experience with them from calling for an appointment, to actual cleaning, to paying my bill was perfect. I called after hours and left a message. They called promptly on the next business day. Very friendly and helpful. She was able to find me a quick appoint due to a cancellation, and took the time to answer all my questions. I can't say enough about Ray and Tom that came to clean my carpet. They called day of to let us know when they will arrive, and they arrived timely. Very polite, professional and friendly. True service with a smile....uncommon to find nowadays. We decided to add our basement stairs last minute, and they did it with no hesitation whatsoever (with that smile!) and this was the day before Thanksgiving, so I'm sure they were anxious to get home for the holiday. They did a great job cleaning the stains from our carpet, very happy with result. I chose payment through Paypal, which was so simple. I realize this review may sound a bit on the cheesy side :) but it is warranted, these guys are top notch and deserve every word. I was thrilled with my experience.
