My basement was victim to the recent flooding in Columbus this weekend. I was feverishly calling companies for basement clean up as it was a sewage back up that caused my basement and whole house to smell like poo. They answered their phone with great customer service, told me due to the volume of calls(pretty much the whole city flooded), it would be 3-4 days before anyone could come out. Wellllll, they got to my house in 24 hours, emptied out all the destroyed items for me, scrubbed my basement down, and left an anti-microbial spray on all affected surfaces. They even took care of a mold issue I haven't been able to shake in a corner of my basement! All technicians were extremely friendly, prompt, and professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.
