My husband plays Santa Claus every December. Had to take his Santa suit to the dry cleans for this year. Of course, I lost track of time and next thing I know December's 1st is right around the bend and of course its the Monday before Thanksgiving when I realize this. I admit, I called a few other local dry cleaners thinking they may not be as expensive or take as long as I thought Widmers was going to take. Last year was the 1st year I had come to them because they have a drive-through. I am handicapped so this was an absolute plus for me. One dry cleaner said that they would be able to have it for me Friday and everyone else, incl. Widmers, had said Saturday. This made me nervous as his gig was Sunday. What if something happened to the suit? I would have very little or no time at all to find a replacement! But knowing the fantastic job they did the year before and remembering they had a drive-through, I called them back and explained my situation and I apologized profusely for such short notice but please was it possible to have it on Friday? I told her we had used them last year and didnt want to trust anyone else. She assured me they would have his suit Friday by 4:30. With so many Companies and people not keeping their word anymore, I have to say Widmers went that extra mile and kept their promise. Thanks for doing such a fantastuc job and an extra BIG shout out for accomodating my short notice!!! I would reccomend them to anyone!!!
