I have trusted Widmer's with my dry cleaning needs for nearly twenty years. When picking up my cleaning from the O'Bryonville location, I look forward to being greeted by the friendly customer service representatives, who are led by their store manager, Nancy Rees. Nancy has been my point of contact when I have any special requests. She has ALWAYS been responsive to my needs and has ALWAYS fulfilled promises made to me. Her leadership, professionalism, and work ethic make her such an asset to the company, and she is the reason I remain loyal to Widmer's! I have also been a customer of Widmer's alteration services for many years. Becky Overbay is an extremely talented seamstress and has taken care of all of my alterations for over twenty years. I have recommended Becky to countless friends, and will continue to do so! Thank you, Nancy, Becky, and the rest of the staff at Widmer's, for so many years of quality cleaning and customer service!
